BATHROOMS
DISABILTY ADAPTATIONS
If you have a disability and require adaptions to our kitchen or bathroom, we may be able to complete these at the same time as the rest of the works. However you will need to refer yourself to the Council OT department for an assessment to take place. We cannot make any adaption without the express permission from the OT department.
DESIGN CHOICES
If you are eligible for a bathroom replacement you will be involved in the process of choosing what tiles, taps, flooring and bath to get your bathroom looking perfect.

Your bathroom layout will stay the same unless the current layout is not suitable for the more up to date fittings.
SHOWERS
The city of York council requires all bathrooms to be fitted with 8.5kWÂ electric showers, the reason behind this is if your boiler was to stop functioning correctly you still have a source of hot water and able to use the shower as normal.
